Please be aware that minor scratches or damage caused by normal use are not considered defects under our warranty. We kindly ask that you inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions.
To request a replacement, simply email us at support@lunavor.com with a video of the defective product and your order receipt, including the order number. Once we approve your request, we will ship a replacement to you on the next business day.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order after it's been placed, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. However, please note that if your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on sale items, as all items purchased during sales are final. However, as mentioned earlier, all orders—regardless of whether they are on sale—are covered by our warranty, meaning any damaged or defective orders will be replaced at no cost.
EXCHANGES
For the quickest way to get the item you want, please return the current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
